The moviEZ HD application suffers from an untrusted search path vulnerability where it loads the avrt.dll library from the current working directory without validating the path. An attacker can place a malicious avrt.dll in a directory containing a .mvz file; when the application opens the file, it executes the attacker's DLL with the application's privileges, achieving local privilege escalation.
