  1. 1. Identify the exact Struts version in use by checking the struts2-core JAR file or dependency management
  2. 2. For Apache Struts: Upgrade to version 2.3.15.2 or later where Dynamic Method Invocation is disabled by default
  3. 3. If upgrading is not immediately possible, add the configuration 'struts.enable.DynamicMethodInvocation = false' in the struts.xml file under the <struts> tag
  4. 4. Verify the configuration change does not break existing application functionality that may rely on DMI
  5. 5. For Flexcube Private Banking, MySQL Enterprise Monitor, or Webcenter Sites: Contact respective vendors (Oracle) for patched versions that include the Struts security fix
