  4. Check Enhanced Protected Mode status in Internet Explorer
    Open Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options > Security tab, select the Internet zone, and check if 'Enable Enhanced Protected Mode' is checked. Also check under 'Advanced' > 'Security' section
