  1. 1. Identify all Azure Site Recovery VMware-to-Azure replication appliances currently deployed
  2. 2. Check the current version of each Azure Site Recovery configuration server/process server (typically found in the ASR portal under Site Recovery infrastructure > Configuration Servers
  3. 3. Navigate to the Azure Site Recovery service in the Azure portal
  4. 4. For each configuration server below version 9.50.6419.1, initiate an upgrade following Microsoft's standard upgrade procedure
  5. 5. This typically involves: a) Ensure the configuration server has internet connectivity to download the update, b) In the Azure portal, select the configuration server and choose 'Update', c) Wait for the upgrade to complete and verify the new version is 9.50.6419.1 or higher
