This is an unquoted Windows service path vulnerability in HIMA PC-based software. When Windows services have executable paths with spaces that aren't properly quoted, an attacker can place a malicious .exe in an intermediate directory that gets executed when the service starts, allowing local privilege escalation to full system access.

    If an unquoted path with spaces is found, verify the path structure. For example, C:\Program Files\HIMA\app\service.exe is vulnerable if C:\Program Files\HIMA\app\ does not exist as a legitimate directory, allowing an attacker to place a malicious executable in an intermediate folder.
