CWE-269: Improper Privilege Management vulnerability exists for two services (of which one managing audit trail data and the other acting as server managing client request) that could cause a loss of Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of engineering workstation when an attacker with standard privilege modifies the executable path of the windows services.   4. Audit services for weak ACLs using PowerShell
    Run 'Get-Service -Name <service> | Get-Acl | Select-Object -Property Owner,AccessToString' for critical services. Check if the 'AccessToString' shows non-admin users have 'Write' or 'Change' permissions to the service object
    Affected if Non-administrative users or the Users group appear in the DACL with write or change permissions
  5. Check for services running with elevated privileges
    Run 'sc.exe query state=all' to list all services, then for each service run 'sc.exe qc <service_name>' to check the BINARY_PATH_NAME. Identify services where standard users can modify the path
