- 1. Back up the current Junos Space configuration and database using the built-in backup functionality

- 4. Navigate to the Administration > Software Management > Software Upgrade section
- 5. Upload the 24.1R4 upgrade package to the Junos Space appliance
- 6. Initiate the upgrade and monitor the progress
- 7. After reboot, verify the upgrade was successful by checking the Junos Space version in the web interface under Administration > Dashboard
- 8. Verify that the vulnerability is fixed by confirming the Template Definitions page properly neutralizes input
