- 1. Identify the currently running Fireware OS version from the Firebox management interface (Dashboard > System Status)
- 2. Determine which upgrade path applies: 2025.1.x -> 2025.1.3+, 12.5.x -> 12.5.14+, 12.0-12.11.x -> 12.11.5+, or 11.7.2-11.12.4 -> latest 12.x release
- 3. Download the appropriate Fireware OS upgrade image from the WatchGuard portal at www.watchguard.com/support/fireware-software
